We have several ongoing and one-time faith formation and educational opportunities for adults.

Bible Timeline with Jeff Cavin: Summer 2020 Small Group Discussion Series
Whether you simply walk past your bible in your home, as you go about your day or you read it regularly from cover to cover or would describe your connectedness to the word as somewhere in between…our next Adult Faith Formation series is for you!


Starting: Week of June 14th, (8 weeks during the Summer of 2020)
Facilitator: Incarnation parishioner Sue Dougherty is the former assistant principal at Charlottesville Catholic School, with many years of experience as a catechist and former Coordinator for Christian Formation at Holy Comforter. She firmly believes that adult faith formation is an ongoing lifelong journey.
 
Meeting Details: Participants will complete workbook study individually and watch videos and discuss content as a group virtually each week.

THURSDAY MORNING SCRIPTURE STUDY: Meets Thursday mornings at 10:00 am in the Library. The group reads and discusses the readings for the following Sunday. Join us any time or contact Ray Haas for more information at 978-4087.

THURSDAY EVENING SCRIPTURE STUDY: We meet every other Thursday from 7:00-9:00 pm in the Incarnation Library. Interested? Call Sharon Packett at 973-5659 and leave a message with your name and phone number. We would love to have anybody join us for any or all of our meetings!

CENTERING PRAYER: Based on the teaching of Fr. Thomas Keating, this group meets weekly to pray, to spend time in meditation, and to hold a short discussion. Meets Tuesdays at 10:00 am in the Daily Mass Chapel. Contact Herb Ely 434-295-6969.

CURSILLO – A CATHOLIC RETREAT: Cursillo is alive and well at Incarnation. Men’s and women’s spiritual retreats are held regularly, after which participants form small groups. For information visit valleycursillo.com.
