Early in the morning Isabel Salgado Gutierrez, 53 years, cleans his bean crop field in his lands in Hatillo community, Sebaco, Matagalpa. He is the president of ECO VEGETALES cooperative. ìACORDAR has helped us a lot with appropriate technology. Before, we got between 400 to 1600 kilos of beans per parcel. Now we get 4000 kilos per parcel. Our Cooperative managed to process 270000 kilos of beans to export them to El Salvadorî, he says. ACODAR is a project executed by CRS with USAID funds.
