Adult Faith Formation COVID-19 Updates

 

Adult Faith Formation: Study Groups, in person gatherings etc. ( (In person gatherings suspended as of 3/15/2020. See Bishop’s letter for more information)

RCIA/RICA: Religious Education (In person catechesis suspended as of 3/15/2020)

RCIA/RICA candidates & catechumens are invited to continue their faith formation alongside their Catechists and our Adult Faith Formation team.  Attending Mass is strongly encouraged via the Church of the Incarnation YouTube presence. Subscribe and stay connected!

  1. RCIA (English):
    • March 13: Virtual assignment this week, in addition to participating in mass live streamed, is to view this new video from Robert Barron on our topic – The Eucharist.  This talk was inspired by the Pew Research study that I sent earlier this week.
    • Class WILL be in session… VIRTUALLY!  Stay tuned to email communication from John regarding how to access class online.
  2. RICA (Spanish):
    • Virtual instruction pending. Information to follow once determined.  In the meanwhile, all are encouraged to participate in mass via the Church of the Incarnation YouTube presence. Subscribe and stay connected!
  3. RCIA/RICA- Scrutinies scheduled for March 15th, 22nd and 29th have been postponed. Mass attendance is strongly encouraged via the Church of the Incarnation YouTube presence. Subscribe and stay connected!
  4. RCIA/RICA: Baptism (Easter Vigil)/Confirmation/Eucharist:  Celebrations of upcoming sacraments WILL happen. What is unknown at this time is whether they’ll occur on the anticipated date(s). More information to follow.
